Priced by the envelope, never by the seat

Every incumbent charges per user per month and attaches an envelope allowance to the seat. Here there are no seats: pay for what you send, and the people who sign are never charged on any tier — they have no account to charge.

Already running Rutba? Sign attaches to your licence like any other app, on your own instance.

  • Quote acceptance, offer letters and contracts signed in place
  • Your organization roles decide who may send

Prices shown are indicative starting points while the hosted tiers launch. The advertised price wins over any estimate, and an allowance is always cheaper than the metered rate it replaces — a price here rounds toward you.

The fine print, out loud

Where this product stands

The engine is built and running, and you still cannot buy this on its own. Those two facts sit together because what is missing is not the product: it is card capture and pooled hosting, so today Sign runs for organizations that already hold a Rutba licence. Two more pieces are outstanding and worth knowing before you compare us to anyone: visible signature marks drawn on the pages of the original PDF, and the identity-verification and qualified-certificate partners that European qualified signatures require. Two things are already decided and worth knowing now: visible marks on the pages of an uploaded PDF arrive after the evidence record does, because a signature is made valid by the record rather than by the picture; and a customer who stops paying keeps every completed envelope and its evidence, permanently. Verification stays public and free for the same reason.

The full listing — every app, capability and tier feature — lives in the catalogue at rutba.io/suites/sign, where Sign is also sold inside the Workspace bundle.

No seat maths. Send one envelope and see.

Charged when an envelope is sent, not when it completes — and completion, signing and verification never cost anyone anything.
